Bye Bye Milk

Ingredients: Mint, Hops, Sage, Walnut leaf
Recipe: Add 1 cup/250 mL of freshly boiled water to 2 tea bags (in a cup). Allow the tea bags to steep for 10-12 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Drink hot 3-4 times a day.
