1. When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within two working days at the latest. Naturalmamas is not responsible for delays from shipping companies.

2. Will I pay for shipping?

There is no kilogram limit on shipping charges. Your orders exceeding the amounts stated below will be sent completely FREE of charge. For details:

Netherlands: Free shipping for orders over €75. The shipping fee is €6,5 for the amounts below this.

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: Free shipping for orders over €75. The shipping fee is €9 for the amounts between €0 - €74,99. 

Czech Republic, Italy, Denmark, France, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ireland: Free shipping for orders over €100. The shipping fee is €15 for the amounts between €0 - €99,99. 

Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Estonia, Slovenia and Greece: Free shipping for orders over €200. The shipping fee is €25 for the amounts below this.
